Who we are

TechNest is a software development and consulting company based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: info@technest.ba. This website is technest.ba.

What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, and message; optionally company and phone number. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) for security and operation of the site.

Why we process it

To respond to your inquiry and communicate about a potential or ongoing engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering a contract; Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us).

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted instance of Matomo to understand how this site is used (pages visited, approximate location by country, browser type). Matomo runs on our own server — no data is shared with any third party — and is configured to work without cookies and with IP address anonymization. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, your visit is not recorded at all.

Third parties

• Our web hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf.
• All assets (including fonts) are served directly from our own hosting — the site makes no requests to third-party servers.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed for our correspondence and any resulting business relationship, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Contact us at info@technest.ba. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Koje podatke prikupljamo

• Kontakt forma: ime, email adresa i poruka; opcionalno kompanija i broj telefona. Koristimo ih isključivo za odgovor na vaš upit.
• Serverski logovi: naš hosting provajder automatski bilježi standardne tehničke podatke (IP adresa, tip pretraživača, vrijeme pristupa) radi sigurnosti i rada stranice.

Zašto ih obrađujemo

Da odgovorimo na vaš upit i komuniciramo o potencijalnoj ili tekućoj saradnji (čl. 6(1)(b) GDPR — radnje koje prethode sklapanju ugovora; čl. 6(1)(f) — naš legitimni interes da odgovorimo na poruke koje su nam upućene).

Kolačići i lokalna pohrana

Ova stranica ne postavlja kolačiće za praćenje. Vaš izbor jezika čuva se lokalno u vašem pretraživaču (localStorage) i nikada nam se ne šalje.

Analitika

Koristimo vlastitu (self-hosted) instancu alata Matomo kako bismo razumjeli kako se stranica koristi (posjećene stranice, približna lokacija po državi, tip pretraživača). Matomo radi na našem vlastitom serveru — podaci se ne dijele ni s jednom trećom stranom — i konfigurisan je da radi bez kolačića, uz anonimizaciju IP adresa. Ako vaš pretraživač šalje "Do Not Track" signal, vaša posjeta se uopće ne bilježi.

Treće strane

• Naš hosting provajder obrađuje serverske logove u naše ime.
• Svi resursi (uključujući fontove) poslužuju se direktno s našeg hostinga — stranica ne šalje zahtjeve prema serverima trećih strana.

Vaše podatke ne prodajemo niti dijelimo s bilo kim drugim.

Čuvanje podataka

Emailove s upitima čuvamo onoliko dugo koliko je potrebno za našu korespondenciju i eventualnu poslovnu saradnju, a zatim ih brišemo.

Vaša prava

Možete zatražiti pristup svojim ličnim podacima, njihovu ispravku ili brisanje, ograničenje obrade ili prigovor na obradu, te prenosivost podataka. Pišite nam na info@technest.ba. Također imate pravo podnijeti pritužbu nadležnom nadzornom tijelu.

Sendet Ihr Browser ein Do-Not-Track-Signal, wird Ihr Besuch überhaupt nicht erfasst.

Dritte

• Unser Hosting-Anbieter verarbeitet Server-Logs in unserem Auftrag.
• Alle Ressourcen (einschließlich Schriftarten) werden direkt von unserem eigenen Hosting ausgeliefert — die Website stellt keine Anfragen an Server Dritter.

Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht und geben sie nicht an Dritte weiter.

Speicherdauer

Anfrage-E-Mails werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für unsere Korrespondenz und eine etwaige Geschäftsbeziehung erforderlich ist, und anschließend gelöscht.
